Happy Monday everyone! I hope you're all having a great day.
Today I've started my diet, more specifically the 5:2 diet where I eat normally for five days and two days I only should consume 500 calories. Today is a fasting day and I am determined not to cave and eat them Reese's peanut butter cups that are staring me out from across the room...they're my favourite too!
But no I have the will power! I've done my work out of the day (30 day shred) so I'm feeling surprisingly fresh and motivated to bust some weight! I've worked out to get to a healthy weight I need to lose around a stone and I really hope I can reach this by the time I go on holiday in June. So any tips on motivation will help very much :)
